Is OhioHealth Primary Care Physicians affiliated with a hospital?

We are part of the OhioHealth family of physicians and prefer to admit to Riverside Methodist Hospital.

What is your cancelled appointment policy?

If you must cancel your appointment, we’ll be happy to reschedule at a more convenient time. We ask you to give us 24 hours advance notice, providing an opportunity for another patient to been seen.

If Dr. McClure makes a referral for me, what do I need to do?

It may be necessary to refer you to another physician/specialist. If you are referred to another physician, we will discuss that with you during your appointment.

What should I do if your office is closed and I need medical care?

If it’s an emergency, go to the nearest emergency room. If non-emergent, call
(614) 533-3475 and you may leave a message or, for urgent calls, you will be directed on how to reach Dr. McClure.

Do you require co-payments?

We ask that you make a co-payment – if it’s required by your insurance company – at the time of service.

What are your billing requirements?

Patients must pay any co-payments at the time of their visit. Patients are responsible to pay any amounts, such as deductibles, co-payments and co-insurance that their insurance company designates is their responsibility.

Do you have financial assistance plans?

We provide care for patients without health insurance at a 35% discount. Payment is due at the time of service.

How do I give a family member access to my OhioHealth MyChart?

If you would like another person to have access to your OhioHealth MyChart account, please complete this proxy form and bring or mail it to our office.

How do I pay my bill online?
